Pita Fajita Salad Sandwich


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 pitas
  • lettuce
  • sprouts (if not using lettuce)
  • tomatoes
  • fresh mushrooms
  • cucumber
  • any other vegetables you might have on hand
Directions:

Chop and wash all the above ingredients and assemble in a bowl. Toss together

like a salad and add your favorite dressing. Wrap in a pita and enjoy!! Great for a quick snack!!

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 min.
