Veg-Out Sandwich


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 thin slices of avocado
  • 1 slice soy cheese
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1-2 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cucumber sliced lengthwise
  • spicy vegan mustard
  • sprouts (any kind will do)
  • vegan bread of preference
Directions:

Put

all ingredients into a sandwich. (Avocado is optional for those watching fat count).

Serves: 1
