Hot-N-Smoky Pecans


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (like Tobasco)
  • 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce (check ingredients!)
  • 2 cups pecan halves
Directions:

Stir together all

ingredients and spread pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300, stirring often, for 25 minutes or until toasted.
