Lentil Soup, the Best, Forget the Rest


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 onions (yellow)
  • 1 paprika (Red)
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup of lentils (Red)
  • garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt
  • pepper
Directions:

chop the onion and the paprika. fry them for a while

in the oil. Then pour in the tomatoes.(you may want to put some moRe tomatoes in the soup, that?s up to you) Add the lentiles and the bay leaf. Then the garlic (I like to put much garlic in this soup). Let it cook for about 10 min. Taste and see if you think it?s Ready, in that case you may want to eat now......

Serves: 2-3

PReparation time: 20-30 min
