Quick Mix Chili


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 12 oz can black beans
  • 1 12 oz. can pinto beans
  • 1 12 oz. can kidney beans
  • 2 cups of instant cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup of salsa
  • Dash of Cayenne Pepper for spice
Directions:

Cook rice on stove top first.

When rice has finished add black beans, pinto beans and kidney beans. Stir eveything together. Then add Salsa and stir. If you want even more spice add some cayenne pepper. Let the mixture heat up and eat in 5 minute. Hope you like it!

Serves: ALOT

Preparation time: 10 minutes
