Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 tablespoon finely grated raw beet
- 1/2 cup cooked oats
- 1 cup uncooked oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon vegex or McKays "Beef" flavored seasoning
- 1/4
| | cup minced green pepper,
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup onion
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon bazil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon food yeast flakes (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Form into patties and
fry or grill until cooked through 4-6 minutes. Serve with
accompaniments as desired-lettuce, tomato, tofu-mayo, non-dairy cheese,
pickles, onion, etc.
