Peanut Sausage


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 large can Vegeburger (from LaLoma-Worthington Products) available at your health food
  • store
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • Ener-G Egg Replacer for 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegex or 1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
  • vegan bread crumbs to thicken Directions:

    Combine all ingredients. Form into patties and fry, or bake 20 minutes at 350'.

    Serves: 6-8 servings

    Preparation time: 1 hour
