Portobello Burgers


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • One portobello mushroom per burger, destemmed and cleaned
  • Olive oil
  • Crushed garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Your favourite burger fixings (bun, vegan mustard, onions...)
Directions:

Crush as much garlic as you like into a tablespoon

or two of olive oil, and grind in pepper to taste. Brush this on top of each mushroom and broil them for a few minutes, or until they look done. Slap onto a bun and go crazy with the fixings!
