Banana Pudding


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 10.5 oz. Soft silken tofu
  • 1 med. Banana
  • 21/2 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • 2 tablespoon Raw vegan maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla
  • 3Tbs. Rice milk (vegan soymilk)
Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and

puree until smooth. Then pour into a medium saucepan and cook on med heat, stirring constintly until mixture thickens.(about 3 minutes) pour into desert glasses and chill at least 3 hours before serving.

Serves: 4-6

Preparation time: 15minutes
