Energy Mix


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1/4 cup carob chips
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon vegan brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sliced nuts (pecans, almonds good)
  • some coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • vegan maple syrup
Directions:

Microwave carob chips

and peanut butter together for a couple of seconds in a small casserole dish. Mix in oats coating them. Add rest of ingredients. Drizzle with maple syrup. Refridgerate until mixture becomes firm.

Not exactly low fat but definately addictive!
