Fresh Fruit Salsa


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 apples (fugi or granny smith work very well)
  • 3 kiwi
  • 8 strawberries
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tablespoons " vegan sugar"- something granulated
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:

Clean all fruit. Peel kiwi and peaches, then chop

all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Place in bowl and toss with lime juice. (use more or less as you prefer). Sprinkle with "vegan sugar" and toss again. Chill for 10 minutes and serve with cinnamon chips.
