1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Directions:
If you are like me and miss cookies from before
you were vegan...you'll love these! I got so
excited the first time I perfected them...be sure

In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. in
smaller bowl add margarine, vanilla and water into
a microwave safe bowl to soften margarine if
its not at room temperature. Combine all
ingredients. Roll cookies into balls and place on
an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about ten
minutes at 325 degrees F for a softer cookie or a bit longer for a
more crisp cookie for dipping into your favorite
glass of non-dairy milk ;) ENJOY!
This recipe is very basic and easily manipulated.
try it without cocoa by replacing the cocoa with
flour. Maybe add different chips or non at all. If
you like nuts or raisins, try adding a few. I
haven't tried every possible way...but if you try
something new and it turns out great let me know
