Peanut Butter Banana Shake


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla rice milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  • 2-3 ice cubes
Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

I also add fat-free, flavored, non dairy creamers

for variation. Vanilla flavor is yummy!

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes
