Peanut Butter Pie


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1-8oz. container veggie cream cheese
  • 1 cup vegan sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1-16oz. container non-dairy whipped cream
  • 1 vegan graham cracker crust
Directions:

Mix together veggie cream

cheese and vegan sugar. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Fold in whipped cream. Put in crust. Place in freezer until hard (3 to 4 hours.) Cut and enjoy!!

Serves: 6-8
