Pecan Rolls


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon orange rind
  • 1 cup coconut (optional)
Directions:

Put pecans into a processor and process until fully chopped. Add dates and rind and process until it forms a ball, adding

water if needed. Or Bragg's Liquid Aminos to tone the sweetness down. Roll into a log and slice and eat. Store in the refrigerater. If preferred roll the pecan logg in the shredded coconut. Or you can roll it in carob for a chocolate flavor.

Serves: 10-12

Preparation time: 10 min.
