Yum Walnuts


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vegan brown sugar
  • a little bit of vanilla extract
Directions:

Place walnuts in a little dish. In a small pan stir peanut butter, vanilla, and brown vegan sugar over

low heat for one minute or until it turns into a saucy mixture. Pour over the walnuts for a sweet snack with a little protein or use as a topping on 'ice cream' or brownies.

Serves: 1-2
