Breaded Mushrooms


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • whole mushrooms, about half a pound
  • Italian style vegan bread crumbs
Directions:

Wash mushrooms. While they are still damp, dip them in the bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes, garnish with ketchup.

This

is a nice, quick low-fat snack.

Serves: 2
