white mix in one bowl.
In second bowl, dump a good amount of
cornmeal for covering sides of tomatoes.
Cut tomato's about half inch thin, the
thinner the cut the less frying time it
takes.
Dip the tomatoes in batter, both sides.
Cover both sides in cornmeal, and fry
for about 10 min or so. 5 on each side,
or until slightly brown and a tad
mushy.
Dry off access oil with a paper towel.
Serve with either turbinado sugar, or
salt and pepper.
